[Resolved] Tikona — no refund has initiated,it been 1 month | |||
We have requested for connection on 2nd August with a advanced payment of 3500 rupees. technician came and said installation cant happen due to tikona range is not there at my place, he will submit report and we will get refund there was no response from tikona care after that. Our connection date was 3rd August which is not done We calling continuously after that, they close the account on 14 August and said refund will get in 2-3 days since then we are not got our refund, not even any kind of information regarding the refund Tikona people not listening, not resounding to mail when called and asked for refund they say same thing every time this is totally a mental torture and harassment person haven't take us seriously. they stop responding on mail. We have paid you Rs. 3500/- on 2nd August 2019, we want our money back. This is my last mail to Tikona, if you will not solve my problem. i will post about this fraud on social media, on your facebook, twitter, linkedin page. i will do your complaint in consumer court. take this seriously.
