[Resolved] Tikona — no refund processed and false answers every time | |
I have paid amount of rupees 3257/- online for the new broadband connection, the executive came and check but no installation done, i called customer care and asked for the refund on 14th october 2019, they told me the refund would be processes within 15 days, now one month has passed no status of refund, i have called the customer care several times but they always give fake answers, i have sent several mails to [protected]@tikona.in but only got auto-reply mail. In short they have no intention to refund money of customer. I hope this message of mine will be noticed! Nov 28, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved I got my refund via cheque. But the company refund money after posting complaint here on this portal. I got the refund cheque after 45 days which is very long and they even did not communicated anytime since logging complaint. This is worst company in market. Will suggest to all that log complaint and try escalating by collecting valid proofs Tikona Digital Networks customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |
