I have been complaining tikona customer care and also the appellant team of Mr. J. Nair about the network issue i have been facing from past 20 days during night time, but these guys have no time to understand the situation and not even a single person visited my place, as if their is an network issue that should be faced during day time also this is i think a system generated problem as i think, but i had enough of it an now after lodging so many complaints to them and still there is no response i am complaining this issue.
This is very Unprofessional and irrelevant attitude from tikona support along with the appellant team mr. j. nair.
