Tikona — No resolutions of any complaints, and keep on asking for bills | |||||
My name is BHAVIN Makwana, i am using Tikona digital Networks for internet connection, my user ID is [protected], from past may month i was not getting proper speed, i have made several complaints, no body use to attend for complaints. then also i have made bill payments for the month of May and june Rs..3000/-, then after for the month of July i have told them, please provide proper service or will not make any further payment. i have been in touch of the customer care executives they use to say we have assigned engineer for your place and they will check the device and proper connectivity but unfortunately no body as visited my place till date. Being fed up with this all problems, i made a final complaint on 15th August for discontinuation (Complaint id:1-[protected]), n they told me that atleast will take 15 days for final settlement and closure of account and on the 18th august they issued bill for Rs.4572.23. bill include the amount of Advance payment for the month of AUG-Sept Rs.1250 and Static IP advance for 1 year RS..1500 and earlier balance of 1459.0 (not paid by me due to closure of account.(bill No.B[protected] copy enclosed). on the next day, inquiring with the customer care executive they told me, you have to pay only the amount realised while the closure happens. till date nothing has happened on that complaint also. then being fed with the regulars 5 to 10 messages for bill payments and calls, i have started ignoring, on 09th of september, i have made call to customer care, and from Mr. Krushangnu from tikona customer care billing department he convinced me that all of my complaints will be solved within seven working hours and you will not have to make any payment for static ip and Bill of non usage, vide complaint nos. (1-[protected] bill Complaint) and (1-[protected] Technical Complaint), after 7 days nothing has been done, then i have called, they escalated my complaints, again i have called on 22.09.2015 miss bharti attended, even she escalated my complaint, the on 2309.2015 i called, miss dipaka attended, she escalated my complaint on high priority, then on 28.09.2015 i called customer care, again Mr. krushangu attended, even he escalated the complaint on high priority and he told me within 48 hours he will personally call and inform me about the readdresal of complaints, but unfortunately after calling after 48 hours to customer care today, Miss bharti attended me and again she begged me for 72 hours or 7 working days, i am really fed up with this kind of there behaviour towards customer. i told her i want resolution by end of this day i.e.30/09/2015, but she told we cannot, n she again escalated my complaints on high proirity. now i fed of calling them regularly, they are not solving complaint but they are calling and messaging for bill payments, so i have came to you, please help me in this matter.
