Since the lockdown has started i have been facing problem in the internet connection, as there is no response coming in from your end then i thought to discontinue the services and dropped an email on april 12 and stopped using it However even after calling on every possible customer care number, doing multiple emails I got no response!!
I'm not able to login my Tikona app either to raise a complaint over there, my bill due date is 22nd of every month and now I'm getting messages to pay the bill which got due yesterday for the services i have already stopped using However I paid it today as had no choice to ignore that non stop reminders.
I am very disappointed with the services, as it is of no use when you need it the most and I just want an immediate action on it to refund my dues and stop the services. Was this information helpful? |
