Tikona — no response on wifi installation for a week after full payment | |||
We had taken wi-fi service of tikona whereby while making payment we were assured that installation would be done in a day or two. However, nobody turned up for 3 days and when we called the representative who was assigned the work on the number shared by the company (Narendra yadav). He bluntly refused to address our concern and said that the same would be done as per his convenience. Further, he hardly responded to our calls and messages and neither his higher ups (Mr. Chandrakant tl and mr. Dharmendra asm) therefore we are registering a complaint against the company for refund of the amount paid and a apology for the mental harassment given during the entire process. Apart from mr.
