[Resolved] Tikona — No service[protected] to till now but sending bill

From[protected] to till now i am not getting any services. I am complain several times. But tikona customar care are not supported me. They are not give me any solve. Then i tell them-please cut my connection. They donot reponse for this. I am using the internet hardly 1month. I said this problem to the customer attendent. He assure me problem would be solved. No extra charge will be payable when your internet is not going rightly. Now they are not responding. Send me a message that my problem is solve and send me a bill. Most problem is tikona service have no complaint book for connection cut. Please help me.
