[Resolved]  Tikona — No Service and No Refund

My net connectivity is stopped since last more than 2 months and my location is now in non-feasible area. However, Tikona is now telling that they cannot refund my money and I can try to use it somewhere else. So, should I change my house to use your connectivity.

A representative - Aarti T. called me stating that I should adjust even if connection is not very good.

Received a call from your executive regarding our building details last month. Are you joking or it is your strategy to keep wasting time till the customer stops taking follow-ups from you. 3 months over and still going on. Your company is a fraud company and is just passing the time.
