Tikona — No service even upon repeated complaints | |||
I had been using Tikona for over 6 months, recently i got an issue with my broadband, so i called the customer care and informed them about the problem, they intimated me that engineer will visit my place and resolve the issue, yet no one turned up.i had been calling them over a week daily, yet i get the same answer from these CC.I mailed to (j.[protected]@tikona.in) and still there is no response from these guys.I heard about the poor service from tikona earlier, now i myself facing the same.
