[Resolved]  Tikona — No Service from Tikona

I have started the service on 14th July 2016 with 3 months subscription. For that purpose, I had made a payment of 2674.00 Rs.

Though the service tenure has completed 2 calendar months, I neither achieved the necessary speed nor the service. The internet was hardly available for me to use. I have been promised on multiple occasions that the issue will be fixed in 24 hours, the service provided was not able to keep his word. In the present times Internet is a must, and due to such poor quality I have lost a lot for choosing Tikona on both personally and professionally. The frustration caused due to that cannot be expressed. There has been a technician visit multiple time to my location. But, the end result was always the same.

A technician even mentioned me that, the service is technically not feasible at my location. But, they have not went ahead and provide respective feedback. I have considered to raise disconnection of the Tikona service multiple times since these past two months, but taken lightly as I trusted Tikona to provide the service promised(100GB, 4 Mbps). But, Tikona failed to achieve that customer faith.

Now, I have raised a request for disconnection of service demanding full refund on 13th Sept 2016. But, I am getting calls from Tikona, threatening me to charge for the service I have used. I tried to use the service as I paid for 3 months, but the service was never there. Ethically, Tikona does not have a right charge me as they have never provided the service they promised. The service includes

1) 100GB/month data (Which I haven't used at all)
2) 4Mbps (Which never achieved continuously even for 30 mins)
3) Continuous Broadband service (Which never ever happened. Net gets disconnected after 10 mins of Login. It takes more than 6-8 hours(Harsh truth) to get connected again. And the process repeats)

I should demand additional money and legally I could, for the mental harassment caused due to such poor quality of service.

Considering this, I would like to know what Tikona has to say about my request.
