I have been using Tikona's since Oct 2014 and I did the worst mistake of my life taking TIKONA broadband. my user Id is - [protected]. The service was great in the beginning. The horror started a few months later. Firstly there is low connection after 8 p.m. to 2 a.m. After that the login page would not load. I call the customer service and the issue gets fixed shortly thereafter. And this cycle repeats every couple of days. I had faced such a pathetic service for 4 months. I Call them every 2nd day. But the problem is not resolved. Have had connection problems most of the time. Half the time I am on call with their customer care. The internet is down most of the day. The internet service was most likely switched to "Switch on the service only when he calls customer support and switch it off after a couple of hours”. I realized that I was spending more time with the customer care folks than on the internet. I promptly sent a cancellation request but the customer care executive assure me that my problem will be resolved in 3 hours…but its completed more than 48 hours there is no response at all. There executive always raise my complaint request and forward my request but no action taking by them. There is 3 complaint no generated in 1 week- [protected],[protected] etc. I asked about my complaint request no but they said to consult another customer support.one of them executive come and check the router, way max, but the problem still remain…this is the worst experience I had faced . its just a ridiculous service i ever faced
