Tikona — No service so refund needed | |||
I bought connection as on 21st Jan., 2021. My Registred no with tikona is [protected]. after connection set up there is too much network error comes on daily basis and also i have made complaints in tikona when ever error comes still no resolution provided by tikona. even after complaint to CEO too. i do not want to use services so refund my money which i have paid for 1year of rs 5250. for complaint reference please find attached copy of whole conversation on mail please do the needful on urgent basis so i can buy some other connection Was this information helpful? | |||
