Tikona — No signal is available (internet not working) & cheating in | |||||
My name is Senthilvel & my No. IS [protected]. I called TIKONA Salesmen Kiruba ([protected]) for new internet connection. They sent kannan for installation on 29 Sep 2015 and they ask me deposit Rs. 2280/- 2 months freepack (750 Scheme). They told me you didnot pay any amount for 2 months from date of Installation and I given Cash amount Rs. 2280 on 29 Sep 2015. They have not given any receipt for payment. When they ask they reply me they are giving any bill to customer they told. After installation of few days the internet is working sometimes. Within 1 Month internet is working only 8 to 10 days. I also made customer care complaint regarding this issue, but they are told within 24 hrs the problem will be resolved. But they are resolving the problems permanently. So, the network is worst I decided and customer care to cancell my network and refund the deposit I told. After few hours they are sending message to my mobile regarding outstading bill. How can it is possible already deposited amount Rs. 2280/- on 29 sep 2015. Only one month I used this network, In that one month internet working only 10 days. They are giving weaver (Discount) for internet not working 20 days and they cheated added Extra Rs. 228 outstanding balance. Already they having my deposited amount, again they asking to pay the outstanding.
