Tikona — No solution provided for inactivity of the account | |||||
My user id is [protected] and i have changed plan of 1 month 4mbs 650rs to 1 year 4mbs 250gb 4500 rs and tikona has confirmed that they have recieved the amount but account still showing inactive sometimes in day time and some time in night .This problem is continuing for past 1 week and i am calling daily to customer care but still there is no permanent solution from them .They are fooling daily that they will resolve the problem but still no resolution.Kindly help Was this information helpful? | |||||
