[Resolved]  Tikona — No speed at all,connectivity degraded

i was facing speed issues. so i checked my speed from both tikona speed tester and bsnl speed tester. both were showing different speeds. Tikona deceives us, the speeds they show are absolutely fake.. we get a lot lesser than shown.Infact when i called them regarding the same they were not ready to accept the same and kept on disconnecting the calls and asked me to call wifi router department. the wifi router people also couldnt answere regarding the bsnl thing. and kept on disconnecting the call. THIS IS MY SECOND COMPLAINT BUT NO REACTION FROM THESE PEOPLE.

THIS IS FAR BY THE WORST CUSTOMER CARE PEOPLE I HAVE SEEN IN MY ENTIRE LIFE.REPEATED COMPLAINTS HERE ALSO HAVE NOT HELPED. UNSUPPORTIVE, CHEATS, FRAUD, DECEITFUL COMPANY.
