[Resolved] Tikona — No uploading speed or very less than what i pay for

I have been complaining this since a very long time, but no resolution, even i don't find any technical support online to speak, whensoever i call. I mean who is going to pay for my phone bill everytime i call you, i have to pay arround rs 400/- as my phone bill every month just to complain for your service. How pathetic service is that. I mean do you have any technical team or not i doubt. If you guys can't provided with the service that i pay for tell i will quit your pathetic non-sense service right away.
