[Resolved] Tikona — Non disconnection and harassment | |||
Dear Sir, I am a user of Tikona Digital Networks and I had been complaining about unavailability of service since the month of May. I had made repeated follow up calls to get the issue solved but no action was taken. On every complain i was told that an engineer would be sent to resolve the issue but no one was sent and the problem persists still today. As my complains were not adhered to I stopped using the service and stopped the monthly payments but kept on calling them to solve the problem. Since the past few days I have been receiving harassment calls from some private numbers to make the payment. They ask me to pay the total amount outstanding till date but are not ready to solve my issue. I am ready to make appropriate payment provided they solve my issue.
