Dear sir / madam I am fed up with your broadband connection. I have requested several times on your customercare numberto disconnect my connection and refund my amount. No body is listening to me. They are just insisting to carry on eith your services. Please disconnect the connection at the earliest, i shall be highly obliged Vikaas sharma No body picks your customer care number which is said to be working 24×7.
