[Resolved] Tikona — Non provision of Wifi service in spite of full payment being paid | |||||
Customer id - [protected]. Payment for this connection was made on 3rd june 2016 by us. Your technicians botched up the installation procedure, consequently till today being 5th june 2016, i. E. 3 days since i made the full payment the wifi connection has yet not started. From 3 days continuosly i m being provided no assistance either from your technicians nor customer care attendants. I m deeply disappointed by such lack of professional conduct and non provision of service from tikona. Either start my wifi connection within 24 hrs or refund my money so that i can avail such service from a better professional wifi service provider. Was this information helpful? | |||||
