[Resolved] Tikona — Not allowing disconnection | |||
User id : [protected] I mailed the customer care for disconnection on 08/10/3016 and the same was accepted by them giving me the request number : 1-[protected]. The connection is still active and the customer care is asking me to pay the bill and place a new disconnection request. We would like to inform you that we have addressed your service disconnection request and on the basis of your request we have stopped charging you rentals for the service. If you wish you may still use the services anytime in future, you will be charged 5 Paisa / MB (excluding tax) with speed up to 4Mbps.
