Tikona — not cancelling my subscription | |||
I have subscribed to the unlimited plan for 6 months of broadband. The speed offered by tikona for this plan is 10 mbps. Till date, i have made several calls to their so-called technical engineers to visit my residence and set up the connection, but the engineer is not responding. I have also send them the email to cancel the subscription and refund my amount of 4241, but tikona customer care not responding. Feeling helpless. Please help me.
