[Resolved] Tikona — Not closing my connection | |||
I have stopped using my connection long back and i have asked tikona to close my account still they are generating bill.. And sending it to my email.. My service id is [protected] Please collext your equipment back and close my connection. Was this information helpful? | |||
Jul 26, 2017 Complaint marked as Resolved They threatened me to pay additional 750 rupees or else i need to fight them i court. Since i don't have time to fight with them i paid the charges and relieved from the query Tikona Digital Networks customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||
