[Resolved] Tikona — Not disconnected on time | |||
I m Bhavin I took a connection of Tikona Internet in Aug 2016 and due some problem I have to disconnect the Tikona service. I informed them for the discontinuation of service on 23rd Feb 2017. I was ensured from the staff that it will be done before the next billing cycle and no invoice will get generated. But it won't disconnected in the mentioned period, so again called them on 27th Feb 2017 and asked them to discontinue the service with immediate effect and also told them that I was requested to disconnect the service on 23rd Feb. The staff replied me that it's their mistake and ensured me that no invoice will get generated and if generated then just neglect it. Now after discontinuation I got a mail regarding invoice of the same. They are torturing by sending mails and sms daily.Also they calls and ask to pay the balance amt as invoice has been generated. So kindly help me out as I am not going to pay the generated invoice as I asked them to disconnect the service before the new billing cycle starts. Was this information helpful? | |||
