[Resolved]  Tikona — Not disconnecting my connection [protected]

Hi Team, I places disconnection request with tikona on 23/09/2015 over call which I followed up with email.After that I left the country for an assignment. Since then there is no of course usagebut they are billing me every month. I have written multiple emails to the recommended email ID which they are suppose to respond to within 72 hours. But they havent responded to any of my emails. With extreme difficulty when I was able to get across through to their customer care they confirmed that indeed I have not been using it and that previous requests will be progressed and completed on priority. However nothing has happened and I am getting bills. This is fraud and I urge consumer affairs department to please intervene. As I am out of country so cant even go to their office to beg / plead. Can someone help Regards, Aman
