[Resolved] Tikona — Not Disconnecting my connection | |
Same complaint -- tikona is not closing the account . i have send multiple mails to all the costumer care emails, even to something called a Appellate authority ( Somebody called J Nair) .all they say is we have acknowledged your email.. but no action, i have tried beg and plead with these guys but they will answer. At the most they do is give missed call to your number, even if you pick up they will disconnect, if you call back there is no answer . they will not disconnect your connection and then keep sending bills .. i guess i should now be waiting for some bill collector to call or some fake lawyer to call so that these guys can extract money .
