[Resolved] Tikona — Not disconnecting my services even after multiple requests | |||
I am totally fed up of complaining again & again to customer care but i don't see any results. I had made a disconnection request way back in the month of august but i feel i am being cheated, every time i call customer care executives give me the same reply saying its under process or they ask why do you want to disconnect. Is this how tikona treats their customer? Why would anyone want to use your services after facing such horrible customer experience. Your company's prime focus should be on serving your customers properly not on harassing or torturing them. I am totally fed up mailing customer care & making repeated calls.
