[Resolved] Tikona — Not disconnecting the connection | |
Hi, On 2nd may 2017 i had requested for disconnection but instead they have cancelled the rental plan to prepaid. They also mailed me that i wiill be charged only if i use the connection. Since that day i am not using the internet and waiting for full and final settlement. But i have not received any intimation regarding the device collection or final settlement. Today i saw that a bill amount is due so i contact the customer care and requested for a final settlement again. This has been a constant harassment by tikona broadband services.
