Tikona — Not disconnectiong My internet connection | |||
Dear Tikona Team, My Name -Smijo mathew My tikona ID - [protected] Service Request Number 1-[protected], dated : 8/26/2015 10:54:03 PM I have requested for termination of my account on 26 th August, 2015 as I am moving to a different city. As per the advice of the customer care staff, I stopped using the service from 26th August, 2015 . I got a mail stating that with in 15 days it will be disconnected, but today 12 th October 2015, nothing has been processed so far. Every time I call, the customer care says to wait for 2 more days.. I am in trouble now. And further more, they are not replying to my mail now a days. I am waiting to handover all the equipment's to Your engineer .(Tikona installed equipment and material including indoor and outdoor CPE, POE adopter, cabling etc) Please do the need full in immediate basis.
