[Resolved] Tikona — not getting response from tikona | |||
Hi, I have converted my monthly plan to 6 month plan but i still got monthly bill. I have sent lots of emails to tikona customer but no response at all. I have already requested tikona to close my account but they only suggested for long term plan then why they are still charging us as pee earlier plan. Worst service, how we can escalte this??
