Tikona — Not giving refund even after 4 months cancelation

Because of there tower problem there engineer not checked visibility i lost my money just after registered on 3 jun i gone for cancellation on 3 day because of no internet. They my device and everything but no refund i was told that i will get refund in 40 days but no response .whenever i called there call center after that i called for refund they disconnect even no Tl has spoken till now . so pathetic service I want to tell people plz never go for this tikona they are fraud looters in this way.
