There is no internet connection from past 1 month, i have raised multiple service requests but proper resolution was not provided.
I'm so fed up with raising service tickets and really not happy with tikona and i'm going for someother broadband service. I feel so cheated and betrayed by tikona, please refund my money back. I have gone through enough harassment and mental torture with your bad service
Let me know when i'll get my money back.

Immediately we went to ACT broadband connection.
I don't want any techincal issue to be resolved.
I want my money to be refunded. Please do this on a priority basis.
