[Resolved]  Tikona — Not processing disconnection Request

I have called so many times to customer care, all the time i get the same respose that your request is under processing...their confirmation call also came..but after that also the bill got generated. My request no is:-1-[protected]..even escallation no was provided to me after so many call and wastage of time.. escallation no:-1-[protected]... I want simple answer why full and final mail is not provided to me even after 1 months from the rejection request. Also the customer care executive do not provide the correct information.. Request you to take necessay action ASAP.
