As per process unsubscribe option should be available, account deletion should be allowed via the app. No one can sell service you do not want
put an FIR in police station as well.
If possible also file a consumer court case.

To avoid such bad practices by your organisation, reply to my email with exact date and time of disconnection and last billing cycle along with month and year mentioned clearly. And don't post the reply saying to open issue on forums.tikona.in. I want the communication on the medium which is not controlled by TIKONA so that my posts will not be deleted. Reply to my email which is legally binding document valid in court.
