[Resolved] Tikona — Not refund my amount | |||
Name -- Gaurav A shah User id no- [protected] contact no[protected] I took the internet connection on 22/7/2015 and till now my internet services is not working. so i complain in tikona care but they will send technician but then also problem is not resolved so on 24/04/2015 i cancelled internet services. but then also they will generate the bill . but i cannot use any services. so i want to refund my entire money which i already give depoite to tikona service 22/07/2015 of rs.2110 (Including installation charges).
