[Resolved]  Tikona — Not refunding my Amount. More than 30 days

It has been more than 30 days since I paid at Tikona. I have not received my refund back yet. I want my 1000/- back soon.
I paid 1000/- in Tikona on September 19 2020 for Engineer visit and Connection, THROUGH Tikona LINK

PAYMENT MODE: Online (PAYTM)
The engineer told me that Tikona's network is not available in my area. .
Kindly please return my ₹1000 amount in my original payment method PAYTM
