[Resolved] Tikona — Not refunding payment & cont collecting his device saying this process will take more then 1 to 2 monts I need this immediately. | |||
Dear sir, After a long silence I hear any from Tikona who reply my mail. But the issue is stated as same. I call to your customer care to take return your device & refund my money. But THEY ARE SAYING THEY WILL SEND ME A FULL & FINAL SETTLEMENT MAIL AND THE MAIL WILL TAKE 15 DAYS AND ITS AFTER THEY WILL COLLECT HIS DEVICE AFTER COLLECTING DEVICE IN MORE 30 DAYS THEY WILL REFUND THE PAYMENT. Its means the company will take 2 months. I really fed up this company. Please solve this issue immediately not take one or two days. Regards.
