Tikona — Not refunding the money for unused service | |||||
SIR, MY service id is [protected]. I had requested for service termination on 16/10/2015 for bad service but bill has been paid up to 26/10/2015. So, some bill amount according to usage is remaining which has to be paid to me by tikona digital network. When i called customer care, they told me that service termination will take 10 to 15 days, so it is not possible to pay the unused service bill and in case the termination takes after 26/10/2015, an additional computer generated bill will be sent to my email id which i will have to pay . Inspite of refunding bill for unused service, they are threatening me to pay additional bill in case termination occurs after 26/10/2015.I am feeling helpless.
