Tikona — Not removing my connection and asking for so much money

Since last year am using there services and facing problem since then. As per their internet plan they offer 20 to 30gb at 4mbps for 1 month in Rs 750 approx.
I was facing problem since the beginning but I didn't take it seriously so I was using it and paying the amount as per the plan Now from past 2 months i have send them n number of emails regarding the problem but either they send so unprofessional people to rectify it or they do something from there end and it work for a day and then again goes back to the same state.
Now I am asking them to disconnect the connection but they are not willing to do so because of all this Tikona has made my bill around 1500/- and ethically if we calculate it should not exceed from 300 or 400.(that too I won't pay now because they are giving so much of mental stress)
It's a request to you to kindly resolve the matter. I am not going to use the services of Tikona again.. Am so mentally tortured is the only reason I have come to you for a solution.
Despite sending so many emails they are not disconnecting the connection and asking for so much of money. Kindly get the detailed report from Tikona so that you should know that on what all days I have used there services.
I use that for a day then it doesn't work for a week then again and again.
Please resolve this on priority basis.

P.S. Attached are the screen shots of some of the emails which I have sent to Tikona requesting to remove my connection. There are so many other emails which I can forward you to investigate further.

In every email I have asked them to stop my connection immediately but they are least bothered.. I tried to attach more screen shorts but due to the website restriction I couldn't do so.

Today morning again got a call from Tikona (+[protected] asking for the money.. the matter is still unresolved. I asked them to revert on the email sent by consumer complaints first.

i havent received any reply from them as yet... Infact got an email yesterday about the billing. and they are increasing the amount day by day..
i request you to please look into this matter asap..
