[Resolved]  Tikona — not removing their device and generating unnecessary bill

On 28th of may we informed tikona services that we don't wanted to use your services any more and to remove their device but till now they haven't removed the device and every month they are generating bill against us while the device is off.
I request you to please resolve my problem and get me rid off from tikona services.
