[Resolved] Tikona — Not responding to Emails or Calls. Received a Threating call | |||
I was a customer with Tikona Digital Networks, User ID ([protected]). I have been communicating with them since Feb 2016 regarding over charging on my account. I ahve sent them a break up notifying that I have paid approx INR 250 more than what Everytime in mail and call they have agreed to look into the issue. Later they stop responding to email. After few months I received an email stating that they have sent my case to their legal team. I have responded to the mail detailing that the mail is incorrect. So basically it means that Tikona didn't communicate with me on the issue or addressed my emails before forwarding to legal cell. Now this is incorrect handling of the case. Till date I have records of all emails and also few telephonic conversations I had. now sure how to communicate with Tikona. Over and above that I received a threating call today. Now if someone is not ready to talk even before escalation of issue how can one communicate or reslove Was this information helpful? | |||
