[Resolved] Tikona — Not taking request for cancellation | |||
I am using tikona services for years. My plans last date is 15 April and i want to cancel my connection for which i called customer care to place a request for cancellation. There is a very poor response from their side. When i say to them that i want to cancel my conncetion they just disconnect the call. There seems to be no other way of cancelling my connection. I have read stories of other users on net who were harassed by the company when they tried to cancel the connection like not cancelling the service and auto renewing plans and sending bills with interest when users didnt paid the bill and sending threat calls. I am totally afraid that if such things happen with me. And also i need help regarding what should i do to avoid such harrasments. My id is [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
