[Resolved]  Tikona — Not terminating my service-asking to pay bill for unused service

Hi, My Tikona service id-[protected] And account no[protected]. It is registered by name- Aishwarya Pathak. 2 months ago, we've requested for termination of service as we were leaving the place. As informed by you, the request has been raised. But there has been no follow-up on that, instead we're getting automated calls from you stating to pay bill of some amount. As we are not staying at that place anymore, and not using your services, I don't know from where the bill is getting generated. You can even check your phone call records for evidence. Kindly, terminate our service with a proper procedure. Hoping for a positive reply. Please revert soon. Regards

I too was facing a similar situation for months and now Tikona has been sending me bills after termination.
