[Resolved] Tikona — Not willing to close connection and asking for bill | |||||
I paid 4300 for the service for three months, haven't used the services after a month due to multiple disconnections and service delays, after 3 months they have automatically generated a bill and now asking for money for the new bill, the call center people are disrespectful, i had asked them to disconnect the connection, they do not and keep asking me to pay for the connection first, Fed up of these kind of companies, Zero service and will try to extract as much from the consumers by conning them Was this information helpful? | |||||
