[Resolved] Tikona — Not working at all | |||
I am not able to log in to tikona for more than 10 days. The page is not at all opening. I have raised a complaint more than 10 times. Few days before for which I was assigned a engineer . But he didn't came. I have called many times to tikona care but it didn't gave me any resolution. Also I put mail to the concern authority they have also not respond.the worst customer service I ever seen in my life.I called to the people who installed my connection they use un proper words to customers and threatening.due to this problem our business has got impacted.i have recorded all the calls that i have talked to them.Can anyone please advise me what can be done to teach these guys a lesson? as they are not even giving me the legal teams email through which I can send them a legal notice for fraud, harassment and threatening behaviour.
