[Resolved] Tikona — Outstanding amount for no reasons | |||||
Is recently shifted from 6mbps to 3mbps whose charge is Rs550/- but I received an email to pay outstanding amount of 385.00 for no reasons while I was on my secondary usage plan. Why should I pay this amount. If you cannot take this b you can cut off my connection permanently. I will not pay any extra money that I didn't sign up for.
