[Resolved] Tikona — Overcharging for unused service. | |||||
Hi, I was a tikona broadband user till 19th march 2016. My registered mobile number is [protected] and the login id is [protected]. I asked them to stop the services on 15th of march, but they stopped it on 24th of march. The reason why i wanted to stop the service is the poor customer service and internet connectivity issues. I was charged extra late payment fees of 200rs for an advised delay in payment by the customer support executive. I asked them for waive off and the agent did a waive off for 100rs without confirming the original waive off amount and then he told he will not be giving any more waive off since he had already done one. I was supposed to get a settlement bill of 332rs in total. But the first settlement bill generated was for 432rs and i asked for waive off again. I told i will pay the bill only when the bill is reduced to the original amount. The agent told they will reduce the amount but they didn't do it and now i am charged 100rs each for every month. I am charged for a worst service which i am not using at all. Now the total billed amount is 932rs. I called them and asked them for the waive off, but they told they will waive it off only if i am ready to restore the subscription, which will never happen again. This is the worst customer service and isp i have ever seen. I have all the communication with tikona, both calls and emails, which i am going to add in the supporting documents for filing a case in the consumer court of india. Regards, Jithesh c. S.
