[Resolved] Tikona — paid for new connection, but no response after payment | |||
I have bought the connection on 28-feb and i have made online payment for 6 months subscription. Sales person informed that connection will be provided on 29-feb. But, its already 8 days over still no calls received from sales person or engineer. This week i have called customer care for 3 times and they informed that will be given in 2 days but still i never got any call. Is this the service you are offering for your new customer? I regret for choosing your connection and taking subscription of 6 months. When new connection is getting delayed like this, then how can i expect better service after installations.
