Tikona — Pathetic broadband service | |||||
I, siddharth upadhyay raising this complain for tikona digital networks pvt. Ltd regarding fraud and pathetic broadband services (At indore). Since last 3 weeks (After shifting in new location) i had called many time to tikona customer care and ask them to raise complain regarding internet speed as surfing and downloading speed was too slow. They have raised service request number[protected]Only one time they have given me complaint number) on 06/06/2016. Even i contact to their mumbai office 4 time[protected]. Every time they said there is some technical issue in your area and not only you but many customer facing this issue. My question is if many of customer facing this problem, still you are not able to resolve this, it means you are bluffing your customer. Was this information helpful? | |||||
