Tikona — Pathetic Internet Service | |
I'm using Tikona ISP since December 2013. My user ID is [protected]. Since 28th September 2015, I'm complaining about the connectivity issue. The technical support team only keeps saying that the issue will be resolved within 48 hours. Each time they say there is a problem with the roof-top device. Throughout the cycle, I have used only 7 G.B out of 80G.B which I’m allowed to use. I have called up several times and each time they say an engineer will visit my residence and resolve the issue. And since then, the engineer visited 5 times and each time they replaced the roof-top device. Still there is no resolution. After going through all this frustration, I have also e-mailed to the CEO Prakash Bajpai several times, but there is no revert from him. I demanded the compensation for the damage caused by them and also because of which I had to recharge with another company ISP. The company is offering compensation of only Rs. 150/-. This is ridiculous and not acceptable by me. I have also posted on their Facebook page only for which they blocked me from posting any other comments and also deleted those comments. Today when I called up your technical support, your floor supervisor, Mr. Rishikesh has no courtesy or ethics to talk with customers. Throughout the call he was being rude. Here is the details of the damage caused by this service.
My monthly bill is Rs.1708/-. So per day it is Rs.60 approx.
I have used only 7G.B out of 80 G.B
Which means, I have used value of Rs. 149 only and use of value of Rs. 1559/- is still remaining (Including taxes).
Recharge for my mobile data due to your pathetic service – Rs.297/-
Spending money on your toll number for calling your customer service: Rs.300
So Together, the value of damage caused by you sums up to Rs. 2156/-
The CEO of the company has no shame or the courtesy to reply back for e-mails sent by any customers.
My question is:
How can you block customers from posting on social media?
Who are you people to steal their rights?
You have not provided any service for entire cycle. How can you send a bill of Rs. 1556?
How can you people be rude with customers? Do you have any ethics to talk with consumers?
Why is that I’m not allowed to speak to managers of customer service? What kind of Hierarchy is this?
