[Resolved] Tikona — Pathetic service and cheap money recovering tactics | |||||
Hi, I got a call from a lawyer called Rajendra Chaudhary who claims to have been hired by Tikona Digital Networks for sending notice to people who have not paid their monies. The Lawyer spoke in a very rude manner and said that if payment of 1909 is not made within half an hour, my mother will have to travel to court to fight the case. Due to this news I had to leave a board meeting and also my health was affected. Also, I did not make payment because Tikona Digital never heard the complaints that I registered, Their complaint system is pathetic, I could never speak to the concerned person. Also they lied that the monies of the router will be given back to me and now they say that they do not have policy to return monies back to the customer when the return their router.
